Using l33tbot.com means you accept these terms. If you don't, stop using the site.

What this site is

An overview of what l33tbot does. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote or a contract, and nothing on it creates a legal relationship between us. Robot models, capabilities, lead times and pricing move around, so treat anything here as a starting point and get it confirmed in writing before you rely on it.

If we end up doing business, a separate written agreement will cover it. Where that agreement and this site say different things, the agreement wins.

Accuracy

We try to keep the site current and correct, and we don't promise that it is. Specifications and capability claims come from the manufacturers, and we haven't independently tested all of them.

Manufacturer names and logos

l33tbot doesn't manufacture robots. The manufacturer names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their owners. We show them to describe the machines we supply and service.

Showing a mark is not a claim of endorsement, partnership, agency, authorisation or exclusive distribution rights. If you own one of those marks and want it taken off the site, email sales@l33tbot.com and we'll remove it.

Our material

The copy, layout, code and the l33tbot name and mark are ours. Read the pages, print them, send them to a colleague. Don't republish them, sell them, scrape them, or use the l33tbot name or mark for anything without our written permission.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out to sites we don't run. We're not responsible for what's on them or what they do with your information.

Sending us things

Don't put confidential or commercially sensitive material in the enquiry form. Email us and we'll set up a better channel.

Don't use the form to send anything unlawful, misleading, abusive, or anyone else's personal information without their consent. We can ignore or delete submissions, and block access to the site, without telling you why.

How we handle what you do send is set out in our privacy policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, l33tbot is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published here.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or, in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where that guarantee, right or remedy cannot lawfully be excluded. Where we are allowed to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

Availability

The site can be down for maintenance, or for reasons outside our control. We don't promise it will always be available or always work in every browser.

Changes

We can change these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top tells you when we last changed it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
