Three arrangements, the builders behind them, and what happens after you get in touch.

Hire

Take a machine for a defined period the way you'd take on extra shifts. Useful for a peak, a trial, or covering a gap while you recruit.

Pricing: By the hour, the day or the job. No minimum term beyond the booking.
Included: Delivery, setup, operator training, collection, and support while it's on site.
You provide: Site access, power, and somebody who knows the floor for the first day.
Lead time: Usually two to three weeks from site visit to a machine working, depending on the model.
Best for: Seasonal peaks, one-off projects, and finding out whether the task suits a robot.

A longer arrangement where we own the machines and carry the risk of them working. You pay for the output, not the asset.

Pricing: Monthly, per machine or per site. Terms usually run twelve to thirty-six months.
Included: Monitoring, scheduled servicing, parts, consumables, and a swap-out when something is off the floor.
Uptime: An availability figure written into the contract, with credits if we miss it.
Reporting: Monthly numbers on hours run, tasks completed and interventions needed.
Best for: Sites with an ongoing task and a roster to plan around.

Own the machine outright and keep a service agreement behind it, so a breakdown isn't something your maintenance team has to solve.

Pricing: Capital purchase, then an annual service agreement priced on usage.
Included: Sourcing, import, commissioning, training, and warranty handling with the manufacturer.
Servicing: Scheduled maintenance, parts held locally where we can, and a number in Australia to call.
Finance: We can introduce you to asset finance if you'd rather not use cash.
Best for: Long-lived tasks, and organisations that prefer to hold the asset on their own books.

We don't manufacture, so the machine gets chosen for the task rather than for the badge on it.
